About Us

Established in 1972, Woodbridge Pediatrics excels at offering excellent medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. The providers and staff at Woodbridge Pediatrics take pride their work and in the long history of the practice delivering care to families throughout Northern Virginia. Our providers are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, without exception. We have a wide range of interests throughout the medical spectrum. In our office, we provide separate Well and Sick waiting rooms for your convenience.  Our practice has also embraced technology and has moved completely to electronic medical records (EMR) to best serve our patients and to make more information readily available to you. We look forward to working with you and your family to keep your children strong and healthy!

  For our established patients, we offer same-day sick appointments.  If you have an urgent matter, you may page our provider on-call.  Call 703-494-1144 to get connected to one of our providers, even after hours. 

Our Providers

Paula A. Labriola, MD, FAAP

Dr. Labriola obtained her Bachelors of Arts degree at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. After completing her medical education at the University of Pittsburgh, she received her training in pediatrics and completed residency at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Labriola joined Woodbridge Pediatrics in 1993. She is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is fluent in Spanish. Washingtonian Magazine has also awarded Dr. Labriola as a “Top Doctor” in the DC Metro area for multiple years!

Kathleen C. Bekhit, MD, FAAP

Dr. Bekhit received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame. She completed her medical education at Ross University and her pediatric residency training at Mercer University. Dr. Bekhit joined Woodbridge Pediatrics in 2012, is Board Certified, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is fluent in Arabic. Dr. Bekhit enjoys training and mentoring pediatric residents and participates in medical volunteering/aid trips to Africa. She has been rewarded as a “Top Doctor” from Washingtonian Magazine and Northern Virginia Magazine for multiple years!  

Erica Y. Hotmire, MSN, FNP-C

Erica worked as a registered nurse for over 11 years and is a Board Certified Emergency Nurse. She graduated from George Mason University with a Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She lives in Falls Church with her husband and four children: two in college and two in middle and high school. She enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, hiking, skiing and spending time with family. Erica joined Woodbridge Pediatrics in 2022 and we excited to have her on the team! 

Ruth Prieto-Conrad, FNP-IBCLC

Ruth is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and joins Woodbridge Pediatrics with 12 years of nursing and lactation experience. She graduated from George Mason University with a Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Ruth is also a certified breastfeeding and lactation specialist.  In addition, Ruth is fluent in Spanish. She lives in Springfield with her husband and daughter.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, fishing, hiking, biking, and gardening. We are excited to welcome Ruth to the Woodbridge Pediatric Family!

 

Allison M. Callow, MSN, CPNP-PC 

Allison is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience. She graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Masters of Science in Nursing, specializing in Pediatric Primary Care. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Allison enjoyed working with a variety of pediatric patients, from newborns at INOVA Fairfax, to some of the most critical at Children’s National in DC. Allison also brings a wealth of knowledge from her time with the Pediatric Lung and Allergy Center. She lives in Vienna with her husband and 2 children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, or just hanging out with her boys.  We welcome Allison to the Woodbridge Pediatric Family!

FRONT DESK

Our receptionists have as many answers as you have questions! Whether you are a new patient calling to setup your first appointment or a returning patient with a question, our team is ready to assist. You will always be greeted with a warm smile.

NURSES TEAM

When you come into Woodbridge Pediatrics, trust that you are in good hands and will be taken care of with warm hearts. Our nurses are caring, gentle, knowledgeable, and always ready to help or answer any questions. Our nurses have many years pediatric nursing experience! BILLING STAFF

Our billing department works diligently to keep all files in order and discrepancies to a minimum. They are available to answer any questions you may have. To contact the billing department – call the main line at 703-494-1144 and select option 5.

CARE COORDINATOR & HEAD NURSE

Our Care Coordinator and Head Nurse, Karina, helps our providers facilitate and meet care needs for our patients. 

 

OFFICE MANAGER

On a day to day basis, our office manager, Winta, keeps the office and entire operation running smoothly while troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
